Ce grand cru récolté une fois par an au printemps est entièrement manufacturé à la main. Ses magnifiques feuilles torsadées, riches en bourgeons duveteux dévoilent une liqueur ronde, veloutée aux notes végétales (herbe), légèrement acidulées, avec une pointe d'astringence.

This grand cru harvested once a year is processed entirely by hand. Its beautiful twisted leaves, with lots of downy buds reveal a round smooth liquor with vegetable (grass) and slightly acid notes, with a hint of astringency.
