Ce oolong provient de la région Wu Yi dans la province du Fujian. Son nom signifie "cannelle", il est cultivé à une altitude de 300 à 400 mètres et fait partie des "thés des rochers". Ses belles feuilles de couleur bronze marron, qui ont subi une oxydation à 60%, développent en tasse des notes fruités, épicées et minérales.
