Cultivé à 2000 m d'altitude sur la montagne Lishan, dans la ragion de Nantou à Taïwan, ce oolong est réalisé à partir du cultivar Qin Xin. Ses magnifiques feuilles récoltées à la main an automne ont été faiblement oxydées puis roulées en petites perles. Elles nous dévoilent une liqueur claire, riche en arômes, dotée d'une attaque beurrée, vanillée qui développe ensuite d'élégantes nontes fruitées et végétales. Ce milky oolong déploie une belle longeur en bouche.
Cultivated at an altitude of 6562 feet on the Lishan Mountain in the Nantou region in Taiwan, this oolong is made from Qin Xin cultivar. Its marvellous leaves plucked by hand in autumn are lightly oxidised and rolled in tiny pearls. They reveal a clear liquor, rich in aromas, with a buttery and vanilla beginning that develops beautiful fruity and vegetal notes afterwards. This milky oolong has a lingering aftertaste.
