Ce oolong faiblement oxydé, est cultivé dans la région de Anxi, dans la province du Fujian en Chine. Récolté à la main, au début du mois d'octobre, ce magnifique thé, délicatement façonné en perle de couleur émeraude, est réputé pour ses notes fraîches, végétales et indéniablement florales (muguet, jacinthe). Rond, il possède une belle longueur en bouche.
This lightly oxidized oolong is grown in Anxi Region in China’s Fujian province. Picked by hand at the beginning of October, this magnificent tea, delicately tied into balls of emerald colour, is famous for its fresh, vegetable and undeniably floral fragrance (Lily of Valley, hyacinth). Full-bodied, it has a pleasant after-taste.
