Traditionnellement cultivé dans les montagnes Dong Ding à Taiwan, ce oolong Dong Ding provient du nord de la Thaïlande. Cueilli à la main dans le respect de la tradition chinoise, ses feuilles roulées en forme de petites boules nous offrent une tasse onctueuse aux notes florales (fleurs blanches), légèrement sucrées.
