To fully enjoy aromas of your tea, it is important to steep it with water at room temperature.
Take 10 to 15 grammes of tea leaves for 1 litre of water (a coffee spoon is equivalent to 2,5 grammes).
- green tea: steep 20 to 30 minutes
- oolong, black tea, rooibos, herbal tea: steep 45 minutes to 1-hour
- white tea: steep 1 hour and a half
If you want, you can add sugar, spices, plants or peels of fruits for example.
To consume within 48 hours following the preparation.
