La recette du thé glacé / The Iced Tea Recipe

To fully enjoy aromas of your tea, it is important to steep it with water at room temperature.

Take 10 to 15 grammes of tea leaves for 1 litre of water (a coffee spoon is equivalent to 2,5 grammes).

• green tea: steep 20 to 30 minutes
• oolong, black tea, rooibos, herbal tea: steep 45 minutes to 1-hour
• white tea: steep 1 hour and a half

If you want, you can add sugar, spices, plants or peels of fruits for example.

To consume within 48 hours following the preparation.
