Les feuilles de ce oolong Thaï Gaba se sont oxydées dans un environnement sans oxygène (azote uniquement) afin d'augmenter leur concentration en Gaba (Gamma Aminobutyric Acid). Les japonais attribuent des vertus relaxantes au " Gaba tea". Cultivé en Thaïlande, ce oolong possède une liqueur orangée aux notes boisées et légèrement sucrées (biscuits).

The leaves of this Thaï Gaba oolong tea are oxidised in an oxygen-free environment (nitrogen only) to increase its concentration of Gaba (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid). Japanese attribute relaxing properties to "Gaba tea". Cultivated in Thailand, this oolong tea has orange liquor with woody et lightly sweet (biscuit) notes.
