Les feuilles de ce oolong se sont oxydées dans un environnement sans oxygène (azote uniquement) afin d'augmenter leur concentration en Gaba (Gamma Aminobutyric Acid). Les japonais attribuent des vertus relaxantes au " Gaba tea". Cultivé en Thaïlande, ce oolong possède une liqueur orangée aux notes boisées et légèrement sucrées (biscuits).
The leaves of this oolong tea are oxidised in an oxygen-free environment (nitrogen only) in order to increase its concentration of Gaba (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid).
