Harvested at the end of April in the county of Ilan in Taiwan, this oolong comes from the Jin Xuan cultivar, traditionally used for milky oolong. Its long leaves are oxidised at 35%. They reveal a smooth liquor with a creamy texture and fruity notes—a great discovery.
