Ce oolong habitué au terroir montagneux et rocailleux est l'un des plus recherchés par les amateurs de thé du Mont Wu Yi. Il possède de grandes feuilles brunes légèrement torsadées qui supportent plusieurs infusions. On peut relever des notes boisées, minérales, sucrées et légèrement fleuries (orchidée). Il possède une belle longueur en bouche. Issu de l'agriculture biologique.
This oolong used to mountainous and rocky terroir is one of the most sought-after by Wu Yi Mountain tea lovers. It has long brown leaves that are lightly twisted and withstand several steepings. We can notice woody, mineral, sweet and lightly floral (orchid) notes. It has a lingering aftertaste. It comes from organic farming.
