Traditionnellement cultivé dans les montagnes Dong Ding à Taiwan, ce oolong Dong Ding provient du nord de la Thaïlande. Cueilli à la main dans le respect de la tradition chinoise, ses feuilles roulées en forme de petites boules nous offrent une tasse onctueuse aux notes florales (fleurs blanches), légèrement sucrées.
Traditionally grown in the Dong Ding mountains in Taiwan, this Dong Ding oolong comes from northern Thailand. Plucked by hand following Chinese tradition, its rolled leaves in the shape of small balls offer us a smooth cup with floral notes (white flowers), which is slightly sweet.
